Health AI lives inside Amazon.com and the Amazon app. Give it permission to access your medical records and it can see your diagnoses, medications, and health history. Ask it to explain your cholesterol results, figure out why you've been congested, or break down the side effects of a new medication. It answers based on your actual medical data, not generic internet advice.

When you need real care, it connects you to a licensed One Medical provider. Prime members get up to five free consultations for over 30 common conditions. That's up to $145 in free care. Non-Prime members can still use it at $29 per visit.

Under the hood it's a multi-agent system on Amazon Bedrock. A core agent talks to you. Sub-agents handle prescriptions and appointments. Auditor agents review conversations in real time. When something needs a human, it escalates to a real clinician. This isn't WebMD. It's a coordinated AI medical team.

Every major AI company is racing to become your health advisor. OpenAI launched ChatGPT Health in January. Anthropic launched Claude for Healthcare the same month. Google shipped MedGemma 1.5.
